Can't install RSAT on windows 11

Hi there, i have an Asus Vivobook (12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1215U 1.20 GHz) laptop purchased last month. I'm unable to see RSAT apps in optional features to add on also i tried to install it however not getting the right path to do it in commands,HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU (i can't find windowsupdate\au in regedit)I guess it's not there in the system. I even tried through group policy. While launching local group policy editor through cmd it says windows can't find "gpedit.msc"
