Re-installing microsoft store after a factory reset of my PC

Hi, i was trying to reinstall and reregister ms store after factory reset of my pc via WindowsPowerShell. Because i kept running in to an error message saying: You'll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store link. But in powershell i kept getting these error lines after executing Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} this command.
