I have a related but slightly different problem. My customer recently had to convert to the Outlook.com, even though she was perfectly happy with the previous mail app. She is now furious because she cannot get on with the new interface but, more seriously she has no contacts anymore! The contact app in the new outlook is empty and I cannot find the People app in the Microsoft Store to export them. If I try to run the Mail app to get People to export then, it closes and goes automatically to the new app, have looked in all the directories mentioned in various web posts and all are empty, nad
