Travelling overseas and can't verify

I am overseas and cannot make calls/receive text messages. I can't find a way to speak to a human to fix my issue what am I suppose to do, I need to unlock my account and I have no access to text or callsI have access to whatsapp and my number for those apps, I have no access to emails which have itineraries and I am stuck overseas how do you contact a human in Microsoft so we can verify me and get it going??
