this has been reported in multiple forums however there is still 'no known issues' on the update page July 9, 2024—KB5040434 (OS Build 14393.7159) - Microsoft SupportPatch Tuesday Megathread (2024-07-09) : r/sysadmin (reddit.com)we've had to rollback the update
