my friend is having issues with is internet and keeps getting mad without going to support but hes been having this issue for a few months maybe longer and the only way he knows how to fix it is by factory resetting his laptop and he tried to fix it but it keeps showing up and he tried looking for ways to fix it but all are on windows 10 and i think asking here is the best bet to figuring it out if you need more info ill ask my friend or send this to him.
