Sound trouble

Hello, I am having trouble getting any speakers to work on my computer. The computer was being glitchy so I reset it, in doing so the sound stopped. My computer dose not have Bluetooth. I tried resetting the computer and that didn't work. I got new speakers and they won't work no makere where they are plugged in. I don't know what to do. Can someone help me please.
