Windows fails to update to 22h2.

My windows 10 will not update to 22h2. I have tried absolutely everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, including all the command prompt fixes and whatnot. I have had this problem since July 2023, and I am at a loss of what to do. I just recently got a new laptop, and I need the windows backup app in version 22h2 to transfer everything.
