Hi, this isn't an issue l'm having but one my boyfriend is. He's having lots of trouble on his current laptop and he has deadlines due really soon.So first the software he was using (Reaper) just froze up, refused to respond, and then he rebooted his laptop bc he'd been having issues with Reaper freezing up on it for quite a bit now (and also general battery issues with it that seemed to have been fixed by a laptop repair shop as well as plugging it in different outlets).Right now the issue is that whenever he tries to hover over the menu bar it's just.
