Bug or old software script ? My displays don't take the new apply of reorder display

Hello to the community, I'm using windows for media server, each day i plug new display at my windows.But each time i try to make a configuration in UHD, one of my display always appear under the other when all of them is finally plug, and most of all, if i realign all these screen in landscape. When i reboot the pc, the configuration reboot to the older, and the wrong order display.
