Hi how can I fix this DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL I've always getting these Blue screen now 2 times

Here's the info about the errors btw these happened when 5 days after changing my ram 8gb to 16gb then i keep getting blue screen not everyday i've tried updating everything drivers and resetting my laptop Logs.evtx (the errors information)
