Login issues

Since last Thursday I have not been able to log in to my laptop, which uses a different Microsoft account. I usually log in with a PIN but it says this is unavailable. I tried to log in using my password but have forgotten it. Despite selec ting I forgot my password several yimes, it just reverts back to the log in page, with no option to change my password. Any advice please?
