Hello! Whenever I want to download or install something, especially from the internet, there's always a pop-up note saying "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" It's really annoying and frustrates me and there isn't even a "Yes" button, just a "No" button. Although, rarely that app/file downloads and I can access it, and most of times not. I tried to look up everywhere on the internet, tried multiple tutorials but none of them work. I just want to download some stuff but this annoying pop-up note gets in the way and I can't download it.
