My company went out of business a year ago, but the administrator account is active. I can not add any apps because I do not have the admin username & password. I have tried to do a factory reset but when I get to the recovery and go to push the get started button it asks for the admin username and password. I have also tried to press shift while restarting but it gives me an option of reset pc/ advance options or turn off pc. When I select the reset pc/ advance options it gives me six more options including Startup repair.
