Using two network adapters

I’m using a CCTV application on Server 2019 and connected two network adapters to a switch, assigning both IPs from the same subnet. In the application, I configured one IP to receive data from the cameras and the other to send data to clients and storage. However, after migrating the server from 2012 R2 to 2019, only one NIC is working for sending and receiving data, while the other is not transmitting or receiving any data. Is there any configuration missing on the Windows side?
