Windows Server 2012 R2 in place upgrade to 2016 / 2019

I want to update 5 servers in our environment from Windows Server 2012 R2 to Windows Server 2016 / 2019. The server is installed in German, so i got a Windows Server 2016 Datacenter / 2019 Datacenter images, but i can´t keep my configuration and data. The setup tells me, that i need to use the same version which is installed.I extracted this information:- BuildLab: 9600.winblue_ltsb_escrow.230929-1158- BuildLabEx: 9600.21620.amd64fre.winblue_ltsb_escrow.230929-1158- Product Name: Windows Server 2012 R2 DatacenterDoes someone know which ISO file i need to do the update?
