Select User or Group not showing all Locations

We have a scheduled task to backup databases and move the backups to our server. The server is only accessible by accounts on the Domain. However, we are unable to choose a Domain account to run the Task under in the Task Scheduler. It simply doesn't show up, only the local PC:Is there any information or documentation on how to have additional Locations appear here in Select User or Group, so that we can choose one from the Domain?
