DFS replication: Backlog is increasing

Hi, I am facing intermediate issue while replication DFS with Member server. After initial sync it stop syncing and backlog is increasing. I followed suggested troubleshooting to restart the DFS service, disable and enable replication. but it wasn't fix. can you please suggest me what are the way to fix?Thanks
