Microsoft Defender Incorrect Detection

Dear team, Our own develop apps have been incorrectly detected as malware and we have reported into Microsoft but still unable to solve this issue. After upload the file for defender screening still detected as malware but didn't have any details on which part of the apps it cause triggered malware, how can we remove the malware detection?
