Windows File Explorer closed automatically.

Hi Experts,I have an user got the issue that the Windows File Explorer closed automatically without any symptom. He used a Windows 10 laptop before, but I have given him a Windows 11 laptop with 16GB RAM and newer i5 CPU but still got the same problem.Any idea how to trace the issue?Thanks and regards,Kenny.
