I have an issue with opening MediaCreationTool on my Win 10 (22H2). (Error: 0x80070002-0x20000). I want to get installer of Win 10 on my flash drive, to install Win 10 on my new PC, but this .exe file doesn't open, by the way I've downloaded it from my laptop with all new possible updates of vesion 22H2. I even get the update KB5028997 using command line (by this guide:KB5028997: Instructions to manually resize your partition to install the WinRE update - Microsoft Support).
