im getting upset with trying to fix this error on my windows 10 computer, ox8007054b?? any help is welcomed??

i am having alot of trouble in finding an answer for an error ox8007054b i have been using all the fixs that ive have seen online, none of them have worked the way it should work, i have tryed turning off my anti virus security, firewalls, nothing is working?? i dont want to buy another laptop computer and the same issue is still ongoing on my computer, i am trying not to complain but i need some help to see how i can get the windows updates working the right way again?? my computer stops at 35 percent and restarts again?? please find an answer for my issue?? any help is welcomed thank you j
