Split from this thread. My name is Bart Hartman and you have shutdown my sons computer. You scheduled an Update to his computer, but it never completed, several times. The computer would just shut down. You then stated that the update did not work and you would put his computer back to the original (which worked fine). But after 16 hours, it still not put it back to what it was. Now it simply says Update, but 0% completed for several hours. You have destroyed his computer.
