mfc100u.dll problem.

Hello; I am running Windows 10 on a HP laptop first off. I tried to download a program so I could see my security cameras. The program downloaded but when I tried to run it a pop up tells me " mfc100u.dll is missing try redownloading program. I checked my system 32 file and there is a mfc100u.dll file already. I tried downloading again and got the same results. What could the problem be? Really need the help. I ran sfc/scannow and everything is good. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
