I cant find an applications location or find it at all on my PC

I have an application on my PC that I did not install and I can't find it anywhere on my PC. It's called "ReasonLabs" I found it running in Taskmanager wich was the only place I found it at. I opened properties and disabled inheritance. I don't know where to go from here.object name: C:\Program Files\ReasonLabs\Common\Client\v1.4.2\rsAppUI.exePicture: Note this is after I messed with it, there were more user things.
