My pc keeps on doing a constant loop of restarting after i tried to do a full reset

I tried to do a factory reset since my pc and was just full of files and stuff and did a whole clean but after a while it restarted and now its on a constant loop of restarts and it doesnt even gets to the windows screens it keeps restarting way to quick (and also im not sure if the full reset was complete)
