where can I download a lenguage packge spanish for windows 2022 server?

I am setup a VM in a Hyper-V and the lenguage of this must change from English to spanish, I know I can do that Manually, bus this is the problem because there ara a lot of VM a I must do that automate with a powershell script.I need the spanish lenguage packge (.cab) or where i can download
