BSOD and slow booting

My laptop recently started going in blue screens a lot ( BSOD ) with the messages like video scheduler internal error or critical process died.It also boots up very slowly now ( sometimes normal ) , either it boots really slow , freezes and crashes into BSOD and restarts ORboots up fast and normally i have updated all sound , video , BIOS driver from DELL support and ran SFC and DISM coomands multiple times to check for corrupted drivers but no issue was foundPls help me solve this issue
