BSOD FALIURE

Hi when I start my Laptop the BSOD occurs and a message is displayed that” They will be restarting my pc but nothing happens “ and whenever I turn it off and then restart my screen is blank and not even the logo shows up but when I leave the laptop off for sometime and turn on the pc then the BSOD shows up again.. What to do???
