Not my PC, so I'm not sure what led to this. Startup repair says "couldn't repair your PC". Log file is empty.System restore, system image recovery and uninstall updates can't do anything.Total windows installations: 0.diskpart shows no volumes or disks besides the usb I tried using to install windows on PC.bootrec /fixboot gives Access denied.bcdboot c windows / s n: / f uefi gave "failure when attempting to copy boot files", even though I've done everything according to the guide I followed, formatting seemed to work.When trying to install windows, it had no devices to install on and I could
