Hello! Today i was watching on youtube about cs2 performance setting and i made the tutorial and i disabled some things in system configuration > services btw I am using Windows 11 after that tutorial I restarted my pc and I can T open any app I can T even restart or shutdown the pc from the button and I got an error while trying to open something. ms-settings:display X This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Settings page.
