I recently got a new Galaxy Book4 Pro 14 but within the first few days of usage experienced multiple random black screen events (around 1-3 times a day) - when I am loading a tab or watching a video or doing daily tasks, the screen freezes and randomly turns entirely black for a split second (sometimes with old Windows-7-style minimise / restore / close buttons on the upper left corner - see attached picture). After the screen returns to normal, sometimes images fail to load - for example, the black screen problem happened once when I clicked the "Play" button on Google Solitaire, and afterwar
