My daughter has a surface pro and was set up on her school account. She’s just moved schools and the log in now no longer works but it was the only profile set up on the tablet. When we go to ‘other user’ in the bottom left hand corner and try and log in with either my Microsoft account or a new account we’ve set up for her at home, neither work, just says username or password incorrect. As i cant get into the device now to go to settings (just stuck on Lock Screen) not sure what else I can do!Any ideas?
