File submit failed for malware analysis

I have an English learning software that was recently alerted by Microsoft Defender as potential malware. When I submit it to Microsoft for analysis as requested. The submitted file is in zip and rar format with password set to "infected". But each time the analyst replied, "Submitted file password is non-standard, please submit a file with password 'infected'"
