I have Windows 10 PC and have been running the updates. In the last "Quality" Windows 10 update (date approx. Jul 22 2024) I successfully uploaded, and installed it, but then when I tried to open the "Settings" window, it came up on screen, but then closed out (automatically) after 5 to 10 secs. I did a recovery to earlier time point and all was ok. But then once again when I then redid this update (I can't access the number because the window closes out too quick) the window closes by itself. Is there a solution as I cannot even do a normal update) There is no error message
