Today(7/26/24) Explorer started asking to permanently delete file when the delete button was pressed. Yesterday it didn't ask to permanently delete file when the delete button was pressed.Checked properties of Recycle Bin and it was set to "Custom Size; 27GB". Reapplied which didn't fix the problem.In troubleshooter, checked for windows update issues which it found errors and fixed which didn't fix the problem.U
