I talked with a supposed tech support agent at Microsoft how do I verify if he was a really a employee

Got a popup about malware that showed up it's a false number which my grandfather called,after ending that call I found another support number from an official looking Microsoft site, he helped me through the process and it all seemed good but I can't help my suspicion, his name was Steven Jones, employee number: Micr8743 Case number:micr7410T6, even if these are correct they may have gotten access to them anyway, this man had an Indian accent, and seemed very helpful but I did also give him access to the computer and he performed several update that showed up on the screen but I could sometim
