My ethernet is connected to my pc and showing connected but nothing is working properly.

I have checked all my settings and reset/disabled my ethernet is device manager and still nothing. Does anyone have a solution? I am also trying to stream but I cant because my ethernet wont work and my Wi-Fi adapter sucks.
