Error 0x80300024 unable format partition.

I wanted upgrade Win7 to Win10 but system couldn't be able to start. I tried repair instalation but it seems is wrong Windows version. Can't create new partition nor format disk as Windows can't be installed to GPT partition style. After removing partition and create new I can't format and I have error 0x80300024. How to reinstall Windows? Repair disk doesn't work - incompatible version Windows
