Hi I need to speak to a actual person at Microsoft. I have just purchased a new subscription for my laptop and then opened word and it asked me to enter my sign in details which I did, email password were both correct but then it says there is a error go to account.live.com which shows no help what so ever, I have tried to write what has been wrong to them and then they say I have lost access to my email. I have tryed calling the support number but it is just a computer and hangs up after its rant.
