Can someone help me exit this?

After booting up laptop, it showed similar screen to that with problem 0X0000225 when i try to exit, it sends me to BIOS, from where if i exit it sends be back here, I tried opening command promp, but instead got this, can sm help?Also my system lanuage is Polish, so if u don't understand what it says just put in translate
