No signal after factory reset

I was factory resetting my pc then mid process the screen showed as no signal. This has happened with my pc before with the vga cable, which led me to switch to a hdmi cable. I’ve tried switching between the two of them and even connecting them at the same time and it won’t work (meaning both cables won’t work so I’m running out of options) . I’m afraid my pc might actually be broken, please help.
