Trojan?

I've done multiple offline, safe mode, scans for threats, viruses, malwares but everything seem fine.But at the CCleaner tab "Tools" / "Startup / "Context menu" I've found checked " powershell.exe -noexit -command Set-Location -literalPath '%V' " And I cannot uncheck it. Also many times when the PC is running a program or not, for a second I have a black screen (something like powershell) and like some programm running in background for a second.Do you know what it is and how to resolve it?Thanks
