Hello, yesterday I upgraded my PC by installing a new motherboard a new CPU (went from an Intel to a newer AMD), a new CPU cooler, and new GPU. I booted into windows and all was well. Then I realized while my computer is idle my temps spike and it makes my fans speed up and my CPU usage go up. It’s due to Microsoft software protection platform (i assume) trying to verify either windows or some program. It also happens when I am playing games.
