My computer restarts on its own, what causes this. Dell's support doesn't seem to know how to fix it?

For your information, I initially contacted Dell for support with my - Service Tag :JNRN1V3 Case Number : 189392449, it was suggested during one of our conversations to uninstall and reinstall the operating system, I've done this three times since contacting your company and nothing seems to stop this THING from restarting on its own which makes me lose some data if I walk away from my computer without saving. This is an intermittent problem, no way to predict it or stop it. It's maddening! I'm of the opinion to never, ever again but an equivalent computer from Dell a
