So ive been teying to reset my pc back to factory so i can reinstall everything and just clean up my pc. Everytime i click erase everything it says (could not find tge recovery environment) i tried a few different fixes using command prompt and creating a new recovery drive. When i try to create a new recovery drive it says ( some requires files are missing etc..) losing hope that my pc can be saved any advice would be greatedit: tried calling Microsoft support but the representative hung up on me twice and then stopped accepting my calls. Love the customer support here
