Keys and mouse getting disabled and blue screen of death loop

Hi I Am Ashif I have a problem I am stuck on the blue screen of death loop.*Whats Happening*: When ever I start my pc when the window logo appears (startup automatic repair) , my keyboard keys and mouse gets disabled and the screen pauses, after that blue screen of death. After that it restarts and the same things happens logos appears,keys disabled and blue screen again and again. I don't know how to open the troubleshoot menu. Or get into advanced option.
