Hi, I'm a facing a problem in which my laptop is auto scrolling and on YouTube it is decreasing the volume of the video. I disabled my down arrow key using key tweak but the problem still kept occurring. Then, i reinstalled my keyboard and mouse drivers many times and even updated them but still that didn't work. When i went to a key tester website my down arrow key was repeating continuously even though i disabled it using key tweak app. Someone pls help, I'm tired of this problem. i even reinstalled my touchpad driver and disabled the touchpad but it did no help.
