My laptop is showing 80%-85% RAM usage when I only have Chrome, Bitdefender, and a screenshot app. Why?

I have 8GB RAM on my laptop and it is showing 80% RAM usage. I have went into Task Manager and clicked on users and it shows that all the programs that are open on my user profile is only 27% (1.5 gb~).I have literally no startup programs (only 2)PLS HELP ASAP
