Some sites are unable to open, and displays "The site unexpectedly closed the connection". However, if I use my phone or use a vpn the sites work. Moreover, when I flush dns in command prompt, the sites work for a while then close. I am on windows 11. Someone else asked the same question but the provided solution didnt work. I also tried using a different DNS but it didnt work too. Finally, the inaccessible sites return the packets when I ping them in cmd. I am using a Lenovo Ideapd 315ITL6. I included some pictures for further information.
